If possible, prescribed or non-prescribed medicines should be administered by parents outside of the school day.

If your child needs to take medication during the school day, parents will be required to complete a parental agreement for school to administer prescribed/non-prescribed medicine. Please download the attached form below, or contact the school office.

The form must be delivered to the school office with the medication.

All medication must be in its original packaging labelled with your child’s name and class. 

Parents are asked to remain mindful of the expiry date of medications held in school to help staff ensure that medication is always readily available for use.
